TNS Protocol Adapter Error

Hi,
I get the mentioned error when trying to connect in Code using Devart dotConnect 7.1.
I can successfully connect using the "net manager" or with SQPLUS - Any Ideas ???
This realy stoped my developement this week... please help out guys.

1. You are getting ORA-12560 in the OCI mode (via Oracle client), aren't you? Try switching to the Direct Mode. Does it help?
2. Specify the exact versions of your dotConnect for Oracle (x.xx.xxx), Oracle server and Oracle client.
3. Which steps should we follow to reproduce the issue in our environment? If necessary, send us a small test project.
