Can not license Web Services project

So, I have an ancient project that is basically a web service. It is sensibly divided into multiple projects, one for the web service, one for data logic etc. The data logic DLL uses dotConnect for Oracle.

The web service is basically a web site project (not a web application). I have an old version of dotConnect, and I am unable to license it for the web service.

I have dropped the licences.licx file into the root of my project, but since this is Visual Studio 2010, I do not have a context menu that says anything about building licenses.

So, how can I license this? Visual Studio 2010. Web Site project. dotConnect version 3.55.23

Visual Studio 2010 is supported by dotConnect for Oracle starting from the 5.60.124 version (revision history). Please upgrade your dotConnect for Oracle or use Visual Studio of 2005 or previous version.
