Print large Entity Context Models

I have a large Entity model that when layed out is 7 pages wide x 3 pages tall.

Entity Designer has only a limited list of paper sizes, I really want Engineering E size (33 x 44)

How can I export a copy of the diagram fit to one page on paper sizes like "E"

We will investigate the possibility of adding this paper size.
I will post here about the results of our investigation.
