I'm using trial version of Oracle provider. In VS2008 I'm constantly getting above error when using EF or Linq to Oracle.

Does anyone know of this issue?

When I move the EF / LINQ to SQL model files to new different project my problem is solved. However, I am not sure why it wont work when the model files are in the same project as Win Forms.

Also I have noticed that the problem only occurs when using DevExpress Controls.
