Create EDM string:

ERROR Message:
System.Data.EntityCommandExecutionException
Type:CoreLab.Oracle.OracleException
ErrorMessage:
ORA-03313:end-of-file on communication channel

Please make sure the connection problem exists only with EDM wizard. Probably there is no connection to your database.
