Unicode bug in 2.50 and 3.0

i send mail to developers with example that demonstrate bug, when i use unicode mode. 3 week ago i recive answer but patch not created.
Help please.

This fix is included to OraDirect .NET 2.50.1 (11-May-05) on our site
